Pre-Order Terms

Overview

Caviar Cutis products are currently offered on a pre-order basis. By placing an order you acknowledge that fulfillment is projected for early 2026 and inventory is not yet available for immediate shipment.

These Pre-Order Terms supplement our general site policies. If any conflict arises, these Pre-Order Terms govern until your order ships.

Payment Timing

Your selected payment method is charged at the time the order is placed. Funds are collected to reserve your production slot and ingredients.

We will not process additional charges without your consent. Taxes and shipping are estimated at checkout and will not increase after you complete the order.

Estimated Delivery

The current estimated delivery window is early 2026. We continually evaluate supplier and manufacturing milestones to keep this estimate reasonable.

If we determine that shipment will be delayed beyond the stated window, we will notify you by email or SMS with a revised estimate and instructions to approve or cancel the order.

Cancellations And Refunds

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Contact us at team@caviarcutis.com with your order number to request cancellation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

Changes To Your Order

You may update shipping details until your order enters final fulfillment. Contact team@caviarcutis.com for assistance.

If a requested change affects taxes, shipping rates, or product availability, we will confirm your approval before proceeding.

Product Availability

All pre-orders are subject to availability. If a batch cannot be produced, we will cancel the affected orders and issue full refunds.

Discounts or incentives offered during the pre-order period apply only to qualifying orders placed before the published deadline.
